A cool twist on the famous original Irish Coffee. Surely one of the tastiest pick-me-ups you can make.

CHILLED IRISH COFFEE INGREDIENTS

• 1 cup freshly brewed coffee
• 1 tablespoon brown sugar
• 1 jigger (3 tablespoons) Irish whiskey 
• 1 Jigger (3 tablespoons) Irish cream liquer (we use Bailey's)
• Thickened pouring cream to top

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Add the brown sugar to hot coffee and stir until completely dissolved.  Allow to cool then chill in fridge.
2. To server, blend in Irish whiskey & Irish cream liquer. Top with a generous layer of the thickened cream by pouring gently over back of spoon..
