We do not pretend for a moment that this eggnog is an equal substitute for the real thing, not by any stretch of the imagination, but of course we have many readers who are now becoming more and more aware of the sugar content in their food so we have decided this is a worthy inclusion in our eggnog recipe section as it is low in both fat and sugars and still has that eggnog taste!
LIGHT EGGNOG INGREDIENTS
INSTRUCTIONS
Put all ingredients into a blender and blend on high for a minute or two till frothy. Serve immediately. Add ice if desired

- 4 egg yolks
- 6 egg whites
- 3 tablespoon artifical sweetener
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- Nutmeg to taste
